Return Period: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Items returned in a condition that prevents resale will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Faulty Products: If you receive a defective product or one that does not function as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the form below. Once we receive your details, we will arrange for a courier to collect the current product and deliver the replacement.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund processing times are subject to bank processing delays.
