Return Period: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Items returned in a condition that prevents resale will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Faulty Products: If you receive a defective product or one that does not function as advertised, please contact us immediately for assistance. Faulty products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the form below. Once we receive your details, we will arrange for a courier to collect the current product and deliver the replacement.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund processing times are subject to bank processing delays.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery. Smart Pick is not liable for items lost during return transit.

Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to a mistake made by Smart Pick, such as sending the wrong item or a faulty product.
